Jacob Prahlow
Jacob is lead pastor at Arise Church in Fenton, Missouri. He’s husband to Hayley and dad to Bree and Judah. Jacob holds a MATS in Historical Theology from Saint Louis University, a MA in Religion from Wake Forest University, a BA in Theology from Valparaiso University, a certificate in theology and worldviews from Oxford University-Trinity College and the Oxford Study Centre, an AA in Liberal Arts from Southwestern Michigan College, and a certificate in critical thinking and worldviews from Summit Semester. He loves spending time with his family, reading, hiking, shooting, and blogging at Pursuing Veritas. Along with Ben Cabe, Jacob co-founded Conciliar Post in 2014.
Christian Background: Jacob was born, baptized, and confirmed in the Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod (LCMS). He and Hayley believe strongly in “big tent” Christianity, and he previously served as associate pastor of connections and church planting at trans-denominational Rooftop Church.

John Ehrett
A longtime resident of Dallas, Texas, John currently works as an attorney and writer in the Washington, D.C. metro area. He holds a J.D. from Yale Law School, an M.A.R. from the Institute of Lutheran Theology, and an undergraduate degree in government (international politics and policy track) from Patrick Henry College. He particularly enjoys studying the history of Christian appropriations of Neoplatonism, the virtue ethics tradition, postliberal political theologies, and how faith communities preserve their identities in the face of changing social conditions. In his spare time, John enjoys going for morning runs, reviewing movies, reading literature, and rejoicing in the renaissance of longform journalism.
Christian Background: John was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod. During college he explored Reformed theology, nondenominational evangelicalism, and Roman Catholicism, before returning to his roots by way of St. Thomas Aquinas, Alasdair MacIntyre, and Soren Kierkegaard. His favorite Christian writers include David Bentley Hart, E.L. Mascall, Wolfhart Pannenberg, and the Cambridge Platonists.

Wesley Walker
Wesley is from Raleigh, North Carolina. He has an STM from Nashotah House Theological Seminary and went to Liberty University for his M.Div. and B.S. in Biblical Studies. He currently resides in Annapolis, Maryland and is the Rector of St. Paul’s Anglican Church (APA). He lives with his wife Caroline and their sons, Jude and Rowan. He co-hosts The Sacramentalists and the Classical Mind podcasts.
Christian Background: Wesley was raised in non-denominational and Baptist churches. He began feeling called to ministry in some capacity near the end of high school. During his time as an undergraduate, he began exploring the Early Church and as a result, he and his wife have been drawn towards the Anglo-Catholic tradition. They were confirmed in the Anglican Church in North America in 2014. He was ordained to the Diaconate in 2016 and to the priesthood in 2017. In 2019, he moved into the Anglican Province of America.

Christian McGuire
Christian McGuire is a lawyer currently living in Tampa, Florida. He is a Catholic convert whose interest in Scripture, history, and philosophy led him into the Church. He is married to the best woman in the world.
Christian Background: Christian was raised in an evangelical, Calvinist family with a deep love for Christ. However, his conversations with members of other Christian traditions gradually led him to question some of his preconceptions. After six years of research into Scripture, Church History, miracles, and philosophy, he was confirmed into the Catholic Church. His favorite Christian thinkers include G.K. Chesterton, John Henry Newman, and Saint Augustine, his confirmation saint.
Adam Davis
Adam hails from Preston, MO. He is a committed husband to Rebecca and father to Isaac and Liam. He holds an MA in Philosophy from Southern Evangelical Seminary and a BA in Economics from Michigan State University. He also holds multiple professional designations in the property/casualty insurance industry. Adam currently teaches adult classes and, along with Rebecca, leads the youth group at St. Anthony’s Parish, Camdenton. In addition to writing and teaching, he enjoys studying church history, reading medieval and scholastic philosophy, exercising, and spending time with family and friends.
Christian Background: Adam was baptized in the Roman Catholic Church. After departing Christianity altogether as a young man, he came back to the faith via Evangelical Protestantism. Following several years of prayer and study, he then returned and was fully received into the Church in 2023.

Mark Green
Mark currently serves as Public Services Librarian at Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis Missouri. He graduated from Covenant in May 2016 with a Master of Divinity, having previously completed a Bachelor of Arts in Religion at Missouri Baptist University. With a robust education in the Reformed tradition and a deep love for the Church Fathers, Mark works to assist students and community members in their pursuit of a deeper understanding of theology that is set on the firm foundation of Scripture and nurtured through millennia of faithful witness and research. Mark has always desired to see churches unify in order to confront the current issues faced in the world today, standing firmly together on the foundation of Christ’s grace and the teachings of Scripture.
Christian Background: Mark became a Christian at the age of 15 in the Southern Baptist Church. On attending MBU, Mark was exposed to Reformed theology (by the school) and Patristics (by friends). He then served in a CRC church for several years, spanning through his time at Covenant Seminary. And after wearing far too many hats, Mark is now settling into a position at Covenant while attending an ACNA church nearby.
